ANTsPyNet requirements file

related to a variety of compatibility issues:

statsmodels --- the factorial issue
tensorflow-gpu and tensorflow --- newer versions conflict with our keras usage ( I think )
tensorflow-probability --- needs to be consistent with above

this seems to work on ubuntu 18.04 req_antspynet.txt

So is this something that should replace the requirements.txt file in the repo? I'm still a bit clueless about these python packaging issues.

That is one way to do it but I’m not Sure generally if we want to be this specific
