IPFS service could not be started

Expected behaviour

"Latest entries" columns to fill with content

Actual behaviour

IPFS box has red dot. Pop-up window says "Error code ISE01 - IPFS service could not be started". "Latest entries" columns show only usernames, but no content ("no peers available")

Steps to reproduce the problem

Be n00b, configure metamask correctly (receive 2ETH welcome gift), browse https://beta.akasha.world/

(I would never dare to file a report because I am not familiar with github ettiquette and protocol, I made an account just for this issue, so please bear with me. Several similar issues were proposed to me. Doing this only because @Andrei on Discord asked me to :)
