The API for these two have been removed by NASA, and therefore is no longer functional. The Patents API has been changed/merged to the TechTransfer API while the Sounds API...
The NASA api had added two new cameras to their API. I added support for those cameras with this pull request.
Passing any other value than `0.025` throws an error.
