Missing dependency files

Hello!

I was trying to execute "test.py", but line https://github.com/AHupuJR/REFID/blob/0fff773fe74eb5f941a17c9fa27cc5bfeebbeb03/basicsr/data/init.py#L12 gave error. I've checked the code and haven't seen any "h5_image_dataset" inside the "basicsr/data".

Found the file in repo from another paper... https://github.com/AHupuJR/EFNet/blob/main/basicsr/data/h5_image_dataset.py
