Github and PyPi versions out of sync
The pip version is at 1.2.0 and the github is still on 1.1.0. I probably did not follow the instructions for version bumping. We should go through and do this properly with a higher version number. 1.3?
I didn't update those and kind of just kept it as a manual process. Doing it more automated requires running CI/CD and probably not worth it.
If you run nox -s bumpversion -- "minor" that bumps it to 1.2.0 (i.e. just edit the __about__.py file). You would also need to add the git tag.
Would documenting the process in CONTRIBUTING.md be sufficient?

I'll leave it up to you. We can re-release a new 1.2.0 on PyPI (I think), or we can cut a new version and then take down 1.2.0 on PyPI.
