Switch to official source generator

This PR switches to the official source generators.

The demo project and all tests run fine on my machine. Also tested the nuget package on a different project locally.

Hey, sorry I haven't had time to look at this yet. But I'll tell you I was super stoked to see this come in. I anticipate merging it after reviewing it and getting any changes we may need made. I hope to review it this week.

Just successfully build this project under Linux and also used the local packages to generate code under Linux - would be so nice to have official packages :)
