add pixel resizing based on zoom level

add pixel resizing based on zoom level to vertex shader to avoid pixel separation on zooming in.

The pixel size multiplier is currently set to 12.5 but this could be adjusted based on various factors or needs.

I think the resulting imagery rotates better with 12.5 personally
