I think the tag should be updated to menus
I got it to work on a Galaxy A12 on the latest github build as of March 1st.
Make sure to use 1.83 with OpenGL for playability. Don't use 1.01 with Vulkan

'd3d12_readback_resolve = true' fixes the text, and 'break_on_unimplemented_instructions = false' makes the game more stable.
Also xenia's patches help make tf2 work, and makes the game more stable, please set it to playable
I read this while the game was compiling under Debug mode! Ty for letting me know, ig I'll restart the build
