It would be really good to translate the whole webpage to some other languages like Spanish or French.

Where should I contact him? I would be willing to offer a Swedish or Esperanto translation, but I have no idea how to actually put it in the code as somebody only experienced with offline desktop development.

You can ask him in the PR request I linked to! Just leave a new comment offering your services! (Esperanto? That's not a language you hear everyday! At least not in the USA!)
