When there is more than once [notification, see below If there are more notification, An arrow in right side of pop up will increase UX to see all notification under one icon

Next, previous arrow in Favorite icon pop up in case of more than one embeded notification.

Het I came up with idea

• Right now pop up scroll is like instagram in Niagra, Smooth and infinite
• But tiktok has fixed scrolling, Means does not matter. It will always change next video
• So implement something swipe in pop up. Try to show complete pop up with action button.
• Swiping up go to next notification. You can resize pop up height based on next notification.
• So no button required
