Alphabet scrolling section top entries out of reach

Describe the bug

While right scroll train If i select any character and leave, it should show that character in middle of screen. But it shows in upper half of screen, That part of screen is unreachable in todays mobile.

I always select P If I need to select N, So that N is at upper part of screen and P is at center of screen or at least my finger reachable zone.

Steps to reproduce

scroll right edge pick any character and leave. Selected character app will be in upper part of display

Thanks for reporting this.

We have been thinking about allowing the user to change the location of the top result of a section of the alphabet scroller so that users with smaller hands or difficulty reaching can access apps more easily.

Would a setting similar to how you can move the favorites up and down (long press the clock > Move widget) for the position of the alphabetical sections solve your issue?

Ye it will absolutely. But make sure favorite home screen and alphabet icon list is independent. And thanks for launcher I could not switch to iphone
