Some Notifications Aren't Shown
Describe the bug
There are some notifications (next alarm, timer, VPN, etc.) which aren't shown inside of a pop-up and outside of it.

In the APP LIST & FAVORITES, the app doesn't show the notifications.

if I open the app's pop-up inside of the APP LIST, there it is the notification as show below.

However, the notification isn't shown inside of the pop-up in FAVORITES.

- Niagara isn't reacting notifications.

Ig this is an itended behaviour and not a bug to ignore foreground services notification to show up in preview (that are not dismissable by swipe). i.e static notification from download manager, vpn etc
Hence, you only get to see them in Applist when you swipe the particular app.
Ya, silent notifications aren't shown in notification previews, only inside the pop-up, but I guess your third point in the original post might be a bug/oversight as there's no way to see those notifications for an app in a pop-up since the arrow to expand the notifications doesn't show up unless there's a notification preview and you can't swipe right 🤔 will see what the devs think

Because of the way notifications in pop-ups are currently handled, there's no easy and obvious way to tackle this issue. Since we're currently concentrating on the next major update and this isn't a super huge issue, we've decided to postpone fixing it for now and will come back to it next year at the earliest :+1:
