Broken Interaction: Banzaitele (Banzai Teleporter)

Describe the bug Walking on the teleporter plays the animation but doesn't teleport you.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Walk on top of the banzai teleporter.
2. Let the animation play.
3. Walk off.

Expected behavior Expected it to teleport me to the other banzai teleporter.
