Stops autocomplete for hours higher than 9

Try entering 10: and the autocomplete will stops. This doesn't happens for numbers less than 10.

The issue is here (I disabled the line):

If you enter anything other backspace, tab, enter key, up, down, and numbers, the autocomplete stops working because the autocomplete gets disabled. I am not sure of the use case why it is disabled yet, but this is the reason why.
