Adding support for NATS TLS

• [ ] Add optional client cert options for mutual authentication
• [ ] Give proper errors when supplying cluster URI (needs to tell that TLS needs a URL form with a domain name)
• [ ] Enforce TLSv1.2
• [ ] Implement the weird upgrade mechanism (upgrade to TLS only after receiving the first INFO message)
