Tabbed account window

Consider supporting tabbed account window instead of multiple account windows. This could or should even be configurable, as macOS now offers a support for that.

Having three large screens with many windows, I often cannot find the tiny incoming call window which seems to appear at random locations. It's bad enough I've had calls go to voicemail before I could click the "answer" button.

A single window interface for all accounts and for incoming calls would solve this issue - it would always be in the same place.
