compiled and tested in 86box but seem to not mute. sndoff still work

Oh, sorry meant to reply earlier. It's actually disabled by default in the build config so you'll need to change MUTE_TANDY = 1 in the source to enabled it.

I actually committed it the first time with it enabled by mistake, so you could even just check out commit https://github.com/640-KB/GLaBIOS/commit/0e04473262c1dda1042c04a063cddfcb7ba0a4d9 and it'll be enabled there!

Let me know if that does the trick.
