I think this may be the reason DOS Navigator (https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/dn/) does not respond to the keyboard. A similar issue and fix was reported with the Super XT BIOS (aka DTC Mega-BIOS) - see https://forum.vcfed.org/index.php?threads/5160-bios-source-code.30069/page-2 They reported it used some of the enhanced keyboard INT 16 functions.

Is this still on the roadmap? If it is a tight fit perhaps it could be added as an extension like GLaTICK?
