HUDCaching compat issue

There is this mod called HUDCaching that limits the framerates of HUD elements from all mods to 20 frames so the game can focus more on rendering the game. However, 5zig shows the frames of its HUD rather than the game itself So 5zip shows 20 FPS instead of 120 FPS
