feature request: Hover Preview on Timeline

Problem Description / Use Case

Currently, when you hover over the progress bar to select a specific time in a movie or series, it only shows the timestamp (the length of the movie/series at that point). I was thinking it could be improved by also showing a small preview of the scene at that moment—like a thumbnail or pop-up box displaying a snapshot from the movie/series. This would make it easier to find specific scenes visually, not just by the time. and a button to skip 10 seconds backward or forward in the movie or series, please

Proposed Solution

I’d like the progress bar for movies and series to show a visual preview when the user hovers over it, not just the timestamp. Specifically, when hovering over a point in the timeline, a small pop-up or tooltip could appear showing a thumbnail or short frame from that exact moment in the video. and a button to skip 10 seconds backward or forward in the movie or series, please
