Move from ethereum-blockies-base64 to blo

Move from ethereum-blockies-base64 to blo, for a faster (~4.7x) and more precise rendering of the blockies identicons, while also being smaller (2.75kb => 0.67 KB).

I couldn’t find how to generate the complete Storybook as mentionned in the README (https://components.safe.global/), the one in the repo only has 3 components so I took screenshots of the EthHashInfo component.
