Support for mpeg-ts (and hls) streams, proxied multicast and unicast

Sorry, but I need to open another issue, as it doesn't work with my TV-stream so far 😢

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My TV-signal is provided via multicast MPEG-TS or unicast HLS format. I can proxy the multicast via udpxy, but it still doesn't play in IPTVnator. HLS unicast works fine in Windows-Client, but in PWA, HLS unicast doesn't work, neither.

Describe the solution you'd like Support multicast mpeg-ts somehow (+HLS in PWA). Maybe like telly does it for plex with ffmpeg transcoding? (allthough maybe there's a more elegant solution, as transcoding does introduce quiet some latency + significant CPU-load)

Describe alternatives you've considered Maybe it's possible to use a combination with telly or TVheadend that works. I'm gonna look into it further.
