Can't whitelist/blacklist username with special characters

My server is using floodgate prefix * and I can't whitelist/blacklist any bedrock users. The player's name containing _ is also invalid when using the command.

It seems only one _ makes a difference, my username has two __ and it whitelists fine... kinda. It doesn't let me connect but the command still goes through

There should be no distinction in case a user has an extra _ character, could you activate debug mode and send the output?
