image.nvim New backend support?

Hi! I just wanted to offer a suggested for a different backend to add. https://github.com/dankamongmen/notcurses It seems to have good support for a wide variety of terminals. I'm not sure how active it is anymore, but it seems to be a very complete library as of now.

Hey, yeah it looks great! It's a library, so we'd need to make a wrapper backend for it, and I'm considering that anyway, to replace magick with something better. Now I'm working on masking floating windows out of rendered images, and doing it with magick doesn't seem to work, and there are other performance issues with it as well, so OpenImageIO could do the trick. I'll look for some Go bindings and try it out, thanks for telling me about it!

i have not been working on Notcurses as hard as i was, and indeed i've got a few bugs i need to get after that i've been ignoring in favor of work and other projects, but i'm happy to lend whatever assistance i can, and wholeheartedly recommend its use =].
