New version blocks browser console's resizing

I'm not sure when it started, week or 2 ago I think, but since then I can't resize browser console window (the Ctrl+Shift+J one). Its width is limited by 225 px (total window width on Win7), though is resizes vertically and maximizes normally. Reverting to default theme fixes the problem.
