Does DynaMight work for tomography?
Hi,
I tried to run DynaMight on a dataset I processed with relion --tomo (v5.0) where particles are stored as 2D tilt stacks.
I tried:
dynamight optimize-deformations --refinement-star-file Refine3D/ribo_tm2_bin1_ref3d5_ctfref2_polish2/run_data.star --output-directory dynamight/ --initial-model ribo.mrc
And it gives this error:
Training on GPU 0
Initializing the particle dataset
list index out of range
Is DynaMight supposed to work with this type of data, or is there something else going wrong here?
Thank you!
Hey @rdrighetto - dynamight was written for SPA only
Thanks for the quick reply @alisterburt! Are there any prospects of making it work for tomography data?
ps: why can't I react with a sobbing emoji 😭
😂 I haven't heard about any plans to make it work for tomography data but I'm also not in the loop with current goings on in Sjors' lab
