Win11 WSL2 Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Install libdecsync-v2.0.1.deb feedreader-decsync-v2.12.0.deb

BTW, WSL2 Debian testing need to install librest-0.7-0_0.8.1-1.1_amd64.deb manual.

Launch, select any folder as DecSync directory, then it show OFFLINE.
