Support V2
Hey was just trying to set up this to sync with spaRSS-decsync on android but it seems like neither app's data is showing up in their counterparts. Upon further investigation seems like this is using v1 of decsync while spaRSS uses v2. I am guessing that is what is causing the issue?
You probably have the archived version jangernert/FeedReader installed, which is indeed not up-to date. Maybe through a package manager? You have to build it from source, which depends on libdecsync which does support DecSync v2.
But even then should you get an error. Unfortunately not a very specific one, but at least one.
Hmm the version I installed is the deb file in the releases in this repo. Though now the feeds have started showing up. And it has flipped over to saying v2 when I check DecSync. So I guess it maybe just needed some time?
I see. That version does support v2, but it defaults to v1. So indeed, it just needed to upgrade to v2, which it did automatically.
i added a single feed to the application and it then showed all my other feeds
