Not starting at all, just crashing, after Android upgrade

I upgraded LineageOS to 18.1 (Android 11) and DecSync CC won't start anymore. It just crashes on start. I have version 1.6.2 installed from F-Droid. Can I provide some more useful info somehow?

anyone have a way to fix this ; my entire decsync system was working perfectly for almost a year ; and now i can't get back into the app at all
