Can you make it so you can delete files?

I think I got some files stuck on the cartridge (for how odd that sounds it's the only explanation) and it won't boot. Can you make it so that I can erase those files?

Sounds like a good idea, but I don't feel like writing another update tbh. If anyone wants to make a pull request, pls add this into copyAllSave function, and change isInject into some flag with values like dump, inject, or delete.
