apply_img function not working in IE8

when Im applying image below error is coming in IE8.

Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 135 Char: 2 Code: 0 URI: http://dev.smashsolutions.com/tinymcefornewsletter/js/tinymce/plugins/filemanager/js/include.js
