If anyone is interested I am working on a much more advanced version of this program. I would delete this comment and repost in future but as I can't this comment will have to remain as a placeholder. I initially planned a few minor improvements , but after working on the project for a while now , I can see it has much potential as an invaluable tool for beginners and experienced pianists alike.
