If they ban you for automation, there's no way around it. Change your IP address, sign up with all new accounts and start again. You won't be able to add your old links back ever.

Changing your IP can be done with a VPN such as ProtonVPN, Mullvad, Private Internet Access, etc. Any main stream VPN's such as NordVPN, ExpressVPN, etc may get you banned.
