Deathstalker V2 Support

Motivation

  • Added support for the razer deathstalker V2.

Testing

  • Ran the make command
  • Also made corresponding changes in razer-macos, see: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos/pull/828. Tested these changes manually with my own razer deathstalker.
