Bug: enabling bullets/numbers on a new line won't add it, and might even affect previous line instead

Steps:

1. write some text.
2. Go to next line
3. press on the bullets button

The bug: Nothing occurs. If you click on it again (meaning: turn off), it will actually put bullets, but on previous line instead.
