As we aren't maintainers of this repository, we don't really have input as to what gets merged in here. If the maintainers do approve and merge the pull request, please let us know.

For what it's worth, it may be due to my lack of understanding as to what shell plugins do in 1Password, but I don't actually know what this does 😀 . It may help the maintainers approve and merge the pull request if you provide more details to the pull request body.

I was planning on writing this myself before I checked open PRs. This seem's to be almost a copy of the terraform plugin, which is in beta. Maybe this deserves to be in beta as well?
