[BUG] error when adding jina-embeddings-v3 as a local model

I had downloaded jinaai/jina-embeddings-v3 from huggingface, saved in a local dir, named /home/xxx/jinaai/jina-embeddings-v3/

when I create a new local model and the base model set to /home/xxx/jinaai/jina-embeddings-v3/, when saving, it shows a error message

校验失败,请检查参数是否正确: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/xxx/jinaai/jina-embeddings-v3/sentence_xlnet_config.json'

BUT when I create moka-ai/m3e-large/ or jinaai/jina-embeddings-v2-base-zh/ using the same procedure, it is OK
