The individual API listings [here](https://api-all-the-x.18f.gov/pages/status/) do not work. Browser listing returns 404 error, CSV is blank (except for headers).
The needed data is 1) Historical Budget Data for the United States 2) Historical Data on Bills That have been past. That being Bill, When it was passed, and what...
Instead of just producing, I'd also like to see a section going over using APIs within the federal government with examples, guidelines, special considerations for federal employees etc...
