Support Atom Feeds

It would be nice to support Atom feeds. Currently, they are accepted but no data is read from them. I'm guessing that we check that the link is XML and assume it is RSS? That's probably bad behaviour. If it is, it deserves its own issue.

For a sample feed, you might use The Monero Standard.
