Add outstanding-number-of-articles counter

Love the app! Small feature request: it would be great to have a small counter somewhere on the article screen which displays the number of articles you still have to swipe on. If you have 5 outstanding articles and you swipe on the current one then the counter should decrease from 5 -> 4.
