macOS reports full CPU loads

i run aria2 rpc locally and AMM on my machine(macOS 10.13.6) and it my cpu keeps run full. and it's not relevant to refresh interval, and current task count of my aria2.

no errors and even a line of output was put on my console.

Me too. cost 130% CPU on MacOS 10.14.5
