I should be able to run `node deckdown.js {preso_name}` where preso_name is the markdown file to convert. The HTML should be saved alongside the preso name in the same dir....

Supply the CSS that will theme the presentation at conversion.

It isn't obvious how to make it go! Prob just need to explain: 0. npm install (etc) 1. edit the markdown in `/pres/test.md` 2. run `node deckdown.js` 3. open `/pres/test.html`
