Critical error accessing ElasticPress dashboard with plugin enabled.

I tried this locally and in a test env (https://testsite.cmsdevrel.com/). The issue happened on both. It does not appear to be related to the 5.8 bump.

For testing:

• Installed ElasticPress
• Installed Stream (I tried both the latest release & develop from Github)
• Activated both
• For ElasticPress, I was able to sync using some trial creds for elasticpress.io

EP Page loaded fine:

I'm unable to access the page once the ElasticPress Stream plugin is enabled.
