User is not able to close the notice bar in editor when post is connected to other distributor

Describe the bug

User should close the notice bar. Please check the attached video for more information

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Distributor
2. Pull Content
3. Hover on any post
4. Click on pull ( Uncheck on header "Pull as draft") 3 Go to Post list and open that post
5. Try to close Notice bar which will be appeared on the top
