Setup Screen: Add Toggle for Enabling All Feature Options in One Click

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

On the Classifai plugin setup screen, we currently have to enable each feature option individually. It would be more convenient to have a toggle that allows all feature options to be enabled with a single click.
