wp-config.php best practices
Has any thought been given towards adding a section outlining some general recommended wp-config settings?
The thought occurred to me as I read the following article by Brad Touesnard outlining the potential space-saving benefits of the IMAGE_EDIT_OVERWRITE constant, but didn't see a suitable place in the Best Practices where this kind of solution would fit: https://deliciousbrains.com/undefined-define-image_edit_overwrite/
I think this could be really cool. Happy to give feedback on a PR.
FWIW, we've deliberately left this kind of "extra" information out of the core wp-config-sample.php file because of the extensive documentation already available in the Codex. I think this could be a great addition to our best practices.
Hopping onto this older thread as well, but this article could be inspirational:

Was a nice run through of the wp-config file and it's constants. Always found WP_POST_REVISIONS and EMPTY_TRASH_DAYS as nice things to add/adjust on WP installs, but haven't implemented since joining 10up as I was unsure of the standards. Open for thoughts? 😃
