Inform users that post syncing happens automatically after initial sync

After the initial sync in the ElasticPress plugin, users do not need to manually sync again for regular post updates. The plugin will automatically sync posts in the background whenever a post is created or updated.

However, a manual sync is required if new post types are registered or significant structural changes are made.

Designs

Update the UI or documentation to clearly indicate that:

• Posts will be automatically synced after the initial sync.
• Manual syncing is only needed when adding new post types or making similar changes.

This will help reduce confusion and improve user experience.
