BUG: Inconsistent Reordering Issue in Custom Results Feature of ElasticPress Plugin

Describe the bug

There is an inconsistent issue where certain results cannot be reordered using the Custom Results feature. This mainly occurs with results that were not explicitly reordered, which sometimes remain stuck between reordered results. The problem does not always occur and can be difficult to replicate, but it disrupts the intended result order when it does.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Custom Results feature in the ElasticPress plugin.
2. Attempt to reorder search results, leaving some results in their default order.
3. In certain cases, unreordered results remain fixed between reordered results and cannot be manually moved.
