react-scroll-motion Snaps randomly on mobile swipe {Bug}

In a mobile browser, the address bar appears and disappears on swiping up and down. When that happens the element moves to a different position which makes moving up and down glitchy on mobile.

It happens here as well.

I fixed this iOS issue, few months before Could you tell me your mobile's OS, version, name, browser you're using? It might be helpful to me
