Flickering Windows logo screen on start

Hi,

I switched to integrated GPU from Windows 10 on my macbook pro 16 intel and when I rebooted I noticed windows will hang at the Windows logo screen while flickering all the time.

Any ideas or any way to revert the changes back on Windows?

Same here on a mbp 16.1 - fixed it by connecting an external display that did seem to work and reverted the changes.

I think this is caused by setting the iGPU as the default gpu without spoofing macos as described here https://github.com/0xbb/gpu-switch#macbook-pro-113-and-115-notes
